Job Description:

The California-Nevada-Hawaii (CNH) Church Extension Fund provides financing to assist member Lutheran congregations with expansion, renovation, and improvements to their facilities as they grow their ministries. Individuals support the loan programs through their investments in CEF. Our office is located in Livermore, California.

The President of the CNH District CEF is responsible for accomplishing five broad areas of work:
• Management of the fund and its operations
• Loan underwriting and portfolio management
• Development of investors
• Working with churches to develop ministry plans
• Partnering with District staff to fund new mission efforts

Qualifications:
• Ten (10) years experience in finance, banking, or accounting with three (3) years of banking experience
• BA in finance or accounting; MBA preferred
• Active member of Lutheran Church Missouri Synod church for five (5) years
