Job Description:

Para church youth ministry in rural Kansas and Nebraska is seeking an executive director to lead the staff and teens to become disciples who will impact the world from the heart of America.
The Executive Director, as well as the staff, raises his/her own support for this mission position.
The Director reports to the Governing board.

Key areas of responsibility include:
Oversight of Finances
Fundraising and communication with supporters and churchs
Staff supervision and guidance
Oversee programming

The right person will have a strong walk with God, be teachable, flexible, a self-starter, have a passion for youth ministry, understand the youth culture, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a good role model and a team player.

Prefer someone that agrees with the ministy's vision and statement of faith, has a comprehensive understanding of Jesus' strategy for disciplemaking, experience managing others and have a combination of college degree and ministry experience.
